All of our customers get free shipping, regardless of order size. 

What happens next . . .

Most catalog supplies will be delivered next day due to our large distribution network.  Large quantity or special order items may take a few days longer.  If you need to confirm stock for larger orders, please feel free to contact customer service at 800-861-0406 or customercare@envisionus.com and our associates can check live nationwide inventory levels for you.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made on orders placed same day before 2:00 PM Central Time. Any cancellation requests made outside of these perimeters cannot be canceled. 

Shipping Information

Orders placed with Envision Supply Source will be processed until 5:00 PM Central Time. Orders are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days from the date of the order. Please note: Orders placed on Friday may not ship until Monday. We do not ship out during the weekends as our offices are closed.

Furniture

If ordered online, furniture will be shipped "dock to dock" and does not include inside delivery or lift gate delivery.  If you require inside delivery and/or furniture setup and installation, we are happy to accommodate that.  Please contact Envision Supply Source customer service at 800-861-0406 or customercare@envisionus.com and we will make arrangements and communicate additional fees in advance of the order being placed.
