What happens next . . .
Most catalog supplies will be delivered next day due to our large distribution network. Large quantity or special order items may take a few days longer. If you need to confirm stock for larger orders, please feel free to contact customer service at (316) 425-7170 or firstname.lastname@example.org and our associates can check live nationwide inventory levels for you.
Cancellations can only be made on orders placed same day before 2:00PM Central Time. Any cancellation requests made outside of these perimeters cannot be canceled.
Orders placed with Envision Supply Source will be processed until 5 pm Central Time. Orders are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days from the date of the order. Please note: Orders placed on Friday may not ship until Monday. We do not ship out during the weekends as our offices are closed.
If ordered on-line, furniture will be shipped "dock to dock" and does not include inside delivery or lift gate delivery. If you require inside delivery and/or furniture set up and installation, we are happy to accommodate that. Please contact Envision Supply Source customer service at (316) 425-7170 or email@example.com and we will make arrangements and communicate additional fees in advance of the order being placed.
