  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders will ship the following business day from the date of the order for most catalog items nationwide. Once the order has shipped it can take up to 1-2 business days for carrier transit time. With orders that are larger, bulky, or heavier may result in a longer delivery time.

    Our goal is to make your ordering experience simple and convenient.  Orders may be placed on the web at EnvisionSupplySource.com. Please register on our web site in advance of placing an order to secure an account number and payment terms.

  5. Can I return an item?

    We offer returns on items less than 30 days old in the original packaging and new condition. If the packaging is not in resalable condition, returns could be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. You can initiate a return by logging into your account and navigating to Your Account. Under Your Account you can select the order with the item in question. Click on the box next to the quantity to select the item you wish to return. Once the items are selected, you can hit return items button under Shipping Method. Once submitted, we will make sure to update you with any information within 24-48 business hours.

  7. Why am I being charged for shipping?

    Orders that are less than $50.00 are charged a $10.00 flat rate. Orders that are $50.00 or more will receive free shipping.
