If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your web purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase date for refund. If your item is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement. Just let us know when you issue your return if you would like to receive a refund only or a replacement. The more information you can provide us will help speed up the process.
Note: Healthcare, food, and perishable items are not returnable. Items must be returned in new and sellable condition, in the original packaging, with all parts and literature including warranties and instructions. The item must also include a copy of the original invoice. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns unless the item is defective. Damages and shortages need to be reported within 10 days of delivery. After 30 days, contact the manufacturer for warranty information. Dependent upon product type and condition, restocking fees may apply – please contact customer service for more information.
If you wish to return any items on your order, please go to My Account and under Order History you will find all your recent orders. Click on the order with the item(s) you wish to return. You will be redirected to the order screen. To select the item(s) to be returned you will hit the check box next to the item(s) and click Return Items button below. Complete the form and hit submit. One of our skilled Customer Service Representatives will receive your request and process the return.
